Wyndu was designed with a fundamental belief: love doesn't require identification. When you open our app, you won't find login screens, registration forms, or password requirements. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers. Your romantic journey is yours alone, and we respect that by ensuring no account is ever needed to access any feature.

Everything you create in Wyndu remains in your personal sanctuary - your device. Here's exactly what stays local:

• Generated confessions and prose from the Prose Generator
• Poster designs with your custom messages and chosen backgrounds
• Love compatibility test results and partner names
• Romantic milestone dates and countdown preferences
• Favorite creations and saved items
• Your current hearts balance for premium features

We request only the essential permissions to make your experience magical:

Photo Library Access: Needed solely for the Poster Creator, allowing you to select background images from your gallery and save your finished romantic posters back to your photos.

Camera Access (Optional): Only if you wish to capture fresh moments directly within the Poster Creator feature.

These permissions are never used for any other purpose, and we never access your photos without your explicit action.

Your romantic moments are too precious to be shared with advertising networks, analytics companies, or data brokers. Wyndu contains no third-party tracking SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no external data collection services. When you're crafting a confession for your beloved, that's between you, your heart, and your device - period.

When you choose to acquire hearts through our in-app purchases, these transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store infrastructure. We don't handle your payment information - Apple does, with their industry-leading security. Your purchase history remains with Apple and your Apple ID, not with us.

Since everything is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Delete any confession, poster, or milestone at any time
• Remove the app to instantly erase all local data
• No data retention periods - your choices are immediate
• No complex account deletion processes

As Wyndu grows and new features blossom, our privacy-first philosophy remains constant. Any changes to how we handle privacy will be communicated clearly, and they will always move toward greater protection, never less. This document reflects our current practices as of April 2026.
